Major tenants include the first Harvey Nichols in Qatar, the first IKEA in Qatar, the first Ace Hardware in Qatar and a Monoprix hypermarket.

Located in the heart of Katara Cultural Village in West Bay Lagoon, the commercial centre will host a variety of shopping outlets, the first Galeries Lafayette in Qatar, office space, serviced apartments and the first mall in Qatar for children.
